I really can't say enough good things about this dealership. We've been in the market for two pre-owned vehicles, and had a pretty specific list of 'wants' for each. We've been to almost two dozen dealerships across the state of Vermont the last month, and the team at Handy's was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. The salesperson, Leon, was in contact with me over several weeks to update me on vehicles that might meet my needs. There were never any high pressure sales tactics, and he was always respectful with communication, something I cannot say for some of the other dealerships. When we decided on the vehicle I wanted, Handy's offered the best price with honest, no bs negotiation. Jake and Dennis helped with securing financing, and were able to beat the rate I had with my pre-approved financing. When signing papers, Dennis was thorough and straightforward. When I asked questions that required extra time and effort to answer, he did so without complaint or avoidance. There were no hidden fees, he discussed all options in advance before presenting papers, so the final paperwork was exactly what I was expecting. Overall they were wonderful to work with, and my only regret is not purchasing from them sooner. I will also mention that we test drove vehicles at Handy's Williston a few times during our shopping, and Jordan (salesperson) was also very friendly and accommodating. Seems like it's a company culture instead of a location specific culture.
